Coach Will Gray is a retired Marine and disabled veteran. He was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin where he first enlisted into the Marines. While in the service he had the opportunity to play on the Arm Forces basketball team in Germany. He started coaching youth sport in the mid 80’s . During his later years while station in Washington D.C. in 1995 , he was introduced to girls basketball and started coaching for The Potomac Valley Vogues, Amateur Association Union. (AAU) This would help him get his first assistant coaching position at Paul the VI Catholic high school in Fairfax Virginia. Where he help as assistant coach and a head coach to win five state championships.
In 2003 Coach Gray relocate to Phoenix, Arizona where he coached High School and AAU basketball. In 2015 Coach Gray was named Coach of the Year . On the behalf of the Women Basketball Coaches Association for HS coaches. He named in the top eight HS in the nation. He last achievement was with Mesquite high school in Gilbert, Arizona where they win their first State Championship with record of 30 and 1.
Coach Gray has over 30 years of coaching experience with youth development to collegiate players D1, D2, and D3. Coach has a proven track record for the development of basketball skills and leadership in players.
In November of 2017 Coach moved to Frisco, TX. Where he started the Caballers nonprofit organization in January 2018. He started his program at Hebron H.S. where three of his first players there signed to play D1 and D2 basketball. He has trained, coached and mentor hundreds of youth players.
Mission statements – Catcallers is a nonprofit club that strives to teach kids the fundamentals of the game of basketball. We focus on developing each and every player to their fullest potential through basketball skills training and conditioning drills.
Even as a club program remember they will be student athletes and education is the key as well.
To learn “ life lessons “ that have value beyond the basketball court .
Feel like an important part of the team regardless of your performance.
To have fun at practice and games but work hard doing it.

As a mother of two and a lifelong basketball enthusiast, I bring a unique blend of passion and expertise to the court. My journey in basketball began at Oak Ridge High School and flourished as I became the starting point guard at the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor. Now, as a full-time trainer, I specialize in teaching fundamentals and building confidence in young athletes through positive reinforcement and the expectation of hard work.
Alongside my training, I coach girls varsity & assist the Girl’s National Program at Legacy School of Sport Sciences. Having also coached both boys and girls teams in the AAU circuit, My dedication is to nurturing the next generation of basketball stars. Join me in developing skills, confidence, and a love for the game!”
